2026 Emergency Assistance per Board Resolution 2025-6
The SWCD Board of Directors wishes to assist District Patrons during the 2026 irrigation season.
2026 Emergency Assistance Payment Agreement
SWCD normal assessment billing is due in full by April 15th each year. In 2026, with a fully executed agreement, the Board agrees to accept two payments, one due April 15th and one due August 15th, each paying 50% of the total Balance Due for 2026. Patrons with completed signed payment agreements not be charged interest if the TOTAL DUE is paid in full by August 15, 2025.
Any District Patron that wishes to make two payments must submit a completed signed 2026 Emergency Assistance Payment Agreement to the SWCD District Office in person, via email or via regular mail to qualify for the emergency assistance. The District Manager will fully execute completed submitted agreements on behalf of the SWCD Board of Directors.
All Patrons will be eligible to submit the agreement to participate in the 2026 emergency assistance program.
